EA Javelin False Positive Case238174207

Hello everybody,

I know I'm just another number on the board, reading the forums and other experiences i have little hope.

If a EA member or Dev can actually have a look at the case number and provide me with some context on the issue.

Ticket status Waiting on Studio for about a week now...

Ban Reason Gameplay enhancement. Status permanent. 

I have not received any information on what actually triggered this ban, no illegal software is running on my machine. The automated response given on my 1st appeal is useless.

From the forums i can see it could be multiple previously reported apps, Logitech MxKeys, Corsair iCue, MSI Afterburner and so on..

I completely agree to post information for the reason of my ban publicly.

    Quoting from the ticket:

    "After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly"

    Using any third party app to change keybinds is using that app to hack game files for an advantage over others.

    I think your point is a bit to broad but fine. I get that some ppl have very creative ways to cheat.

    Most modern keyboards have some sort of macro options, If this is being flagged as a cheat it needs to be posted in big red letters turn off anything from this list: 1., 2., 3, 

    I do have the recommended app from Logitech (MX keys and MX master mouse) (Logi Options+) i personally don't have any custom  keybinding set. Personalty use this for multi device transitions.

    My issue is that EA support did not provide any information regarding the ban itself and is only copy pasting a response and citing TOS that can be from an insult to wall-hacking.
