EA Linked Account

I have a PlayStation 5 but I had some create an email for me many years back for my EA account. I see BF6 Beta and wanted to create and link my new account to PS5. Once I tried to sign into PlayStation from EA to link, now all ea games are asking me to reset password on old email that I don’t know. I searched and can’t find any answer on what to do when you no longer have access to an old email.
