Formal Appeal: Account Compromised by Hacker & Technical Barrier to Support

Dear TOS Team,

 

I am writing to you with a heavy heart to seek a final, fair review of my account .

 

My account was unfortunately compromised by a hacker, and any violations that occurred were not my doing. Since then, I have been attempting to recover my account with a sincere and cooperative attitude. However, instead of help, I have encountered a "dead loop" within your system and dismissive treatment from the support staff.

 

The Technical Barrier (System Bug): The webform strictly requires me to select a record from my "Ban History" to proceed. However, my history does not display the relevant case, making it impossible for me to submit a formal appeal. I have tried repeatedly, only to be blocked by this technical glitch.

Failure of Front-line Support: When I sought help for this bug, the support agent provided cold, scripted responses (see attached screenshots). I was told "no one can help you" and "only you can submit," completely ignoring the fact that your own system is preventing me from doing so. This dismissive attitude has been deeply hurtful and feels like a denial of my right to a fair appeal.

My Sincere Request: I have always valued this community and followed the rules. This account is important to me, and I am a victim of a security breach. I kindly request:

A manual review of my account's login activity to verify the unauthorized access.

An alternative channel to submit my evidence, bypassing the broken webform.

A fair chance to restore my account standing.

 

I trust the TOS team will see the injustice in this situation and help me remove this "thorn" that has been deeply troubling me. I am ready to provide any proof of identity and account ownership needed.

    Hi Darko,

    Yes, I have already appealed the ban many times before. I have submitted the appeal form countless times in the past. However, recently the appeal system seems to have changed.

    Because my previous appeal was rejected, the new appeal form now requires me to select the specific ban I want to appeal. The problem is that the ban which was previously rejected does not appear as an option anymore, which means I literally cannot submit another appeal for it.

    In my previous post, the screenshots I shared were from a conversation with a live support agent. I asked them what I should do in this situation. I followed their instructions and submitted the form again with all of my evidence and screenshots. After that, they simply told me that nobody could help me further.

    This situation is honestly very unreasonable. My account was clearly compromised and abused by someone else, which likely triggered the ban. I have invested a huge amount of time and money into this account, and it makes no sense that I should permanently lose access because of actions taken by a hacker.

    I am simply asking for someone from the team to properly review this case or provide a way for me to appeal the ban again, because right now the system does not even allow me to submit an appeal.

    If the team have reviewed your appeals multiple times in the past and declined them Iambookdontcar​ then it is unlikely that they will change this unless you have new evidence to support the appeal.

    After a certain number of investigations our team will no longer review further appeals unless you have new info.
