EA LIVE CHAT SUPPORT feedback not good

Ea live chat support it is difficult to explain a technical problem because the person you speak with always seem to be someone from India with little understanding.

So my problem hasn't been solved.

Instead of making us talk to someone not very well qualified to help us.   You should just make it so we can talk directly to the concern team.
