Hello I wanted to ask, I am paying my friend for EA play but now he cannot end it becouse he cannot sing inot his account, is there a way for me to stop the payments?

This is a situation where the account owner will need to contact EA Help for assistance with logging into their account first of all. After that they should be able to amend the subscription if applicable. They should be able to reach them at help.ea.com.

But he cannot login into ea becouse it says his email does not exist
That's not a problem as they can create a case without being signed in. All they need to do is to select the option to remain logged out when prompted. However, they will need to verify that they are the owner with EA Help first of all.
