ea to xbox link issues
Hello, I have a problem linking an EA account. It is linked to a strange account that I do not know. [edit: email address removed] and this one needs to be removed. It belongs to an old friend of mine. I have contacted him multiple times, but he refuses to help me. The reason is that he keeps profiting from my Game Pass so that he doesn't have to buy anything and can keep playing on my Pass. I have contacted EA multiple times, and they keep referring me to you, and you refer me to that guy, but I can't get it to work. Can you do a refresh of his linked account? The reason is that if he has access to my account, he can just log in, but he cannot do this now because I am denying access. Email address: [edit: email address removed]. We cannot make any changes to accounts on the forums. I've edited your post; please don't post images of partial account details here as we cannot assist with them.
If there is an EA account you created, whether you can access the email currently or not, you can contact support to try and recover the account. They will need to verify more information about the EA account before any changes can be made. Even if it's an old email you can no longer access, if you are the one that originally created the EA account, you can try to verify those details with support so they can help update the login information.
If you did not create the EA account or are not able to verify enough of the account details, our support will not be able to make any changes for you. They can only make changes if they're able to verify the person contacting is the original account owner.
