EA won't accept any purchase methods
I have been trying to purchase two expansion packs for the sims 4 on mac but every time I try to pay I get the message that this payment method isn't available at the moment or that they can't verify...

Hi, i tried entering my card info but when i click save, it just doesnt save

Can you try removing all saved purchase methods and completing a clean reinstall of the EA App before trying again? When you're prompted to enter your payment information during the checkout process, be sure not to click the box to save that information. It might also be worth testing with a mobile hotspot to see if the error persists.
