Email | Unlink accounts

This EA account I'm currently using was hacked. The username isn't mine. The email isn't mine. The phone number isn't mine. Even the two-factor authentication isn't mine. I know that probably sounds...

    I just need someone that would take the time to seriously look & investigate this.

    Those people would be the support team. You would need to reach back out and speak with them for any issues related to accessing an account as they're the ones able to make changes. 

    If they aren't able to verify the account owner with the information you have however, unfortunately there would not be a way to recover the account. For security reasons, there are certain things that need to be verified before any changes can be made to an account.

    You're welcome to reach out to support again if you can recall or locate any other information, but I'm afraid this wouldn't be a step that can be bypassed.

I'm afraid we are not able to make any changes to your account here on the forums. We'd first need to verify we're speaking with the account owner before making changes, and as this is a public board it's not something we can do here.

I do see you mentioned already speaking with support, but if you'd like to have this looked into again you'll need to reach back out and speak with another advisor.  You can resume a previous case here or create a new one to get back in touch with the support team so they can take another look at this with you.

EA_Mako​  I understand this is a public forum & no changes can be made here. I have tried 4-5 times reaching out to support. I have tried asking numerous times for a phone number, meeting/screenshare, email, or something for escalation because support clearly is not able to help.

The account 'Owner' would be me, but none of my information is sufficient. The support staff (One of the staff members not all) were nice enough to share information that they were not suppose to share. Saying everything points to my account being compromised. The reason they cannot move forward with me is because I cannot remember the email I used to create the account 11+ years ago.

I have spent money to play EA games & can provide all the information regarding the linked Xbox & PSN accounts. I just need someone that would take the time to seriously look & investigate this.
