Email address has been deleted, how do i change it with my password

Hiya! I have been a huge fan of the sims 4 for a long time now. I started playing it when origin was still an app! But to the point, my email address has been deleted for some reason. Ive been trying...

My Email address has been deleted too，but EA help is useless！

    I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we cannot help with account issues through the EA Forums. An advisor will need to verify ownership of the account. Once they do that, they should be able to update the email address.

    Agreed, i contacted support FIVE TIMES, and still i always got told "we cannot confirm your identity, try again!"
