Email address has been deleted, how do i change it with my password

Hiya! I have been a huge fan of the sims 4 for a long time now. I started playing it when origin was still an app! But to the point, my email address has been deleted for some reason. Ive been trying so so hard to find a way to change it without a verification but still, no luck. I have spent at least 300-400 euros on the sims 4 and i dont want to lose all of my extensions.

Is there any way i can change my email with only my password and a little bit of hope?

    I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we cannot help with account issues through the EA Forums. An advisor will need to verify ownership of the account. Once they do that, they should be able to update the email address.

    My Email address has been deleted too，but EA help is useless！
