Email address used for an account that’s not mine

I woke up this morning to emails stating I made this account and verified it. I did NOT make this account. I managed to change the password for it and changed my email password, but I cannot figure out how to permanently delete this account. 

ea help

    I have the same problem. An account was created with my email without my authorization. I didn't create it. Now I'm asking for it to be deleted.

    Same with me! I submitted a case for deletion but had to choose a random console and game because I don’t have one. It wouldn’t let me submit the case without that info. And the wait time to talk to someone is 260+ minutes and I’ve already waited for an hour.
