email lost

Hi, I can’t access my EA account because I forgot the email linked to it. When I try to log in with my EA ID, the verification code is sent to that email, so I can’t log in at all. Can anyone suggest...

    if you're having issues logging into your account, please contact Support, so they can help you find the correct account and login data.

Hi, I have tried contacting Customer Support and following the usual account recovery steps but I could not proceed because the system asks for access to the email linked to the account which I no longer have. Can you advise another way to recover my EA account or verify ownership without access to that email?

bleeh465​,

support should be able to verify ownership of the account by asking you a list of questions regarding details of the account. By answering those correctly, they should then be able to help you change the connected e-mail to one that you have access to.
