Refund error
I’m trying to request a refund, but the refund method confirmation page
keeps loading infinitely and I can’t submit the request.
I’ve tried different browsers and devices.
Could you process the refund manually?

Nobody can assist you with refunds on the forums, you will have to try using the refund tool. If the refund tool is not working, then you could try talking with an EA support agent.
