im in the same boat i had this problem in ncaa last year and could never get it fixed now im having it all come back for bf6 i wish they would just let us log in using our psn/game pass

Same here they never do anything to help either

I am having the same issue, EA help chat said 4 min est wait. its been 45 min.

EA I CANNOT LOGIN TO MY OLD EMAIL FOR A VERIFICATION LINK. I USE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS AND ITS LINKED TO MY GMAIL ACCOUNT. I CANNOT PLAY BF6 OR ANY EA RELATED GAMES. PLEASE ALLOW US TO LINK ONLY TO A PSN OR XBOX OR STEAM ACCOUNT AND NOT AN ACTIVE EMAIL 

I thought I was the only one. This is some bs I’ve been trying for 3 hours no chats responding 

I’m having the same problem but it gives me an option for mobile app authentication but doesn’t tell me which one. 

same and live chat is a waste of time! i waited 3 hours and each time it gives me a bot that ends the chat before i can even type a letter

I’m in the same boat…. Madden hasn’t asked me at all for an EA login verification until now…and it’s an Email linked to my Xbox account that i don’t use anymore…this is BS and it says I can only have 1 a lifetime WTF
