Need some help and pointed in the right direction.
A friend of mine can't post and is having some troubles. He has had his EA account for years and usually logs into his EA via the XBOX log in. He plays Madden and battlefield 6 and has spent quite a bit of money on there. He went to play his games today and EA has unlinked and he can't get back into his account because he usually logs in via clicking the XBOX button. I need someone to point me in the right direction of how to contact someone or an email I can email and try and figure this out. Can anyone tell me a support number or email or how to go about him recovering his account?
Hey Vuryzz the only one who can get assistance with an account is the account owner so you would not be able to help your friend.
