Enter a valid id
My name on any game and any platform has been tsukimars, tsukimarz or tsukimarsz. And this keeps telling me to enter a valid ID when I do tsukimarz or tsukimarsz, as well as my nickname says it’s a prohibited character or word.. which makes no sense. Because tsuki in Japanese literally means moon and marsz is my last name. But i can use tsukimars but its taken, even though it’s not.. so i would just like someone to tell me why or how to fix it please.

Thanks for clearly explaining what happened when you tried to update your EA account username. 👍
We've taken a look at it, and the username variations that don't use your second name as part of it should be usable if they aren't already in use by other EA account holders. 🤔
Could you try it once more after fully logging out and back in again? If it doesn't go through this time, would you mind giving it a full 24 hours before trying to update the username, and see if that helps the name go through?
