Error codes

I have Madden 26 and I cannot play superstar mode because I get an error code everytime. I tried everything, I even checked updating. And I also get an error code playing 2k26 playing the rec and also theater it started out of nowhere and I cant play with my friends and whenever the played without me it worked, so it was only a me issue. Please how do I fix this?

    Same here 2 days now and no Superstar Mode. Error message

    I know ever since I remember its been like this. Ea just refuses to fix it
