Failing to create a ban appeal

I went to log in to play pvzgw2 with my friends today, when i get the message that my account had been banned even though i hadn't used it for months, and the account is linking to an email i do not recognize.

When i try to create a ban appeal it fails, so i am currently unable to retrieve it.

(Moe-mester is the account's name, and it is currently connected to my steam account)
