FALSE TRANSFER MARKET BAN FC 26

Hi EA Support,

I'm writing to get help with a Transfer Market ban on my FC 26 PS5 account.

I received an email from EA stating that I’ve been banned from the transfer market, but when I check my EA account status online, it shows no active ban or restriction. This contradiction is confusing, and I'm unsure what actions (if any) triggered this.

For the record, I have never used third-party services to buy coins or break any of EA’s rules. I’ve spent a lot of time grinding the game legitimately. 

I kindly ask for a manual review of my account to clear up this situation. I believe this restriction may have been applied incorrectly. 

Thank you for your time and I truly hope to get this resolved soon so I can continue enjoying Ultimate Team.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete.     Hi,

    The same thing happened to me. The market was suddenly blocked overnight and I got the same responses you did. All I have done is sell players within their price range. I buy them at market price and list them at a high price. Since I have several, one eventually sells. Does that mean I deserve to be banned?

    Also the market app itself displays the message make money, which reinforces that my activity is in line with what they promote. If their system interprets this as a violation, then I believe the issue lies in their design.

    They claim I am violating the Terms of Service but they do not clarify what exactly I am doing wrong, because I have not violated anything.

    Honestly the way they treat customers leaves a lot to be desired.

    You spend money on FC Points and in the game, and then overnight they block a core part of the experience and you have no right to appeal because they do not even care enough to offer a chat or phone number to resolve these kinds of issues.

    Parasite company EA  if you promote ciun selling g live on twitch as a content Producer its okay because you've being hyping are game up in your streams no worries
