Family Mgmt link not working

Trying to get my daughter on a family account. I want to create a family account through my own account and then attach her to the family account. But the EA site says something went wrong when I click on the family management link and tells me to refresh--which does nothing.

    Hey 383dcf3c26d850fa​ , just to be sure, have you tried a different browser and/or tried clearing your browser's cache to see if that changes anything?
