FC 25 ultimate freezes when I open it

hello,

I recently bought Nintendo Switch 2 and my fc25 ultimate team was working at the beginning but now when I try to open it it freezes with the image of the stadium and music on as well (picture attached). I don’t have network issues and I have done all what could be done (clearing the cash, restart the game, restart Nintendo, etc.).

any advise?
