Wrongfully Given Loss in FC 25 Ultimate Team Match

I was playing in the Championship Finals mode on FC 25 Ultimate Team. During the match, I was trailing 1-2, but then I scored multiple goals in quick succession and took the lead 4-2. At that point, my opponent paused the game, and shortly after, quit the match. I received an in-game notification stating that my opponent had left.

However, right after that, I was disconnected from Ultimate Team and sent back to the main menu. To my surprise, I then received a DNF (Did Not Finish) warning, and the match was recorded as a loss for me even though I did not leave the match.

Clearly, my opponent quit after I took the lead, and I believe there may have been a system error that registered it as if I had left instead. I am kindly requesting that this issue be investigated and corrected, as it unfairly impacted my record and experience.
