Game Loading

Hi,  Ever since I updated the game I am unable to get into the game. I click play and the loading screen never loads in. Also I don't know how I missed the fact that EA doesn't have a way to reach ...

Well now that I have posted this the option to communicate with someone has shown up. I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to get that, but whatever. At least I can now.
