Needed help with support, but they greyed out the chat option..

So I bought The Sims 3: Seasons for Mac, but the version I got was 32-bit, and usually I would go to support, but the option to chat with them was greyed out..... WHAT DO I DO!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    Hey danieliscoolio​,

    Were you able to get through to another advisor, or are you still running into issues with this? I do see your recent case 245860024 was a live chat, was that before this happened?

    Are you able to just resume that case from your case history page here?

    There wasnt an option resume the original case... and it closed by itself?
    Edit: I contacted them prior to making this forum post but i lost power and couldnt resume the chat after power came back on.
