Hey Pablos696 if you want out help then we are happy to help you but you need to share relevant info with us.

If having an issue with a game then you need to say what game it is. While we may have a good idea what game it is, we don't guess as help for issues can differ quite a bit.

If you don't want to say what EA game you are having issues with that's fine, but it also means that the support we can offer will be limited.
