Gamer tag linked to EA account I can't access

This is a bit of a conundrum, as in order to unlink from an EA account, you need to remove the access from within the EA account itself. That means, you'll need to recover your EA account before it can be unlinked.

Although if you're recovering the EA account, that would solve your access issues for EA games through that Xbox gamer tag, meaning you may not need to unlink the Xbox afterwards anymore. 

So, let's try to recover the EA account's access. Tell us a bit more about your access issues. What's causing it? Forgotten password? Older email? Verification code challenges?
