Games no longer in my account

Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Mass Effect Andromeda, which I've had for several years and played through have all disappeared from my EA account. No explanation whatsoever. I know LE was there yesterday when I installed EA App and logged in after a time out. Is it normal for EA to just take your games away like this?

I just shut down and logged in again and they returned. I made this thread because I didn't know that the EA App is bugged. When I tried searching for these missing games it only offered me to buy them again.
