Apex heirloom missing

Back in the april fools event in like 2024 they reset everyones progress and it unfortunately took my lifeline heirloom away. I tried for MONTHSSSS to get it back and then after no help, especially with the apex employees telling me there was no sign of an heirloom on my account when I literally sent a clip of myself getting it.. I had straight up proof that I got it.. I'm not sure what to do about it. It's really upsetting to say the least.
