Hacked account reimbursement

Hello EA. I recently got hacked and managed to get back into fifa 27. However all my tradable cards. My club cards. Points and coins were gone. I told the ea help advisers. Ravi and Harsh and they said they can not do anything about it ? I was wondering how this can be. In total I have worked it out to about 350k coins and 1500 fifa points gone ? Can you please re add this to my account. I also feel that adding a ban to the transfer market on my account is wrong

    We cannot grant coins or points directly via the forums. Regarding your transfer market ban, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:
