Hacked account
Hello,
I haven’t logged into my EA account for about 4 months. Today, when I tried to log in, I noticed that my password was changed and the email address connected to my account is no longer mine.
My EA username is: wilgoyl
The problem is that I cannot log in, I cannot change the email, and I cannot unlink the EA account from Steam. Most likely, the refund period on Steam has already passed as well.
What can I do in this situation? Is it possible for EA to help me recover my original account, or at least transfer my Steam purchase (EAFC 26) to a secure EA account?
I can provide proof of purchase from Steam and any other details required.

Unfortunately we can't help with hacked accounts here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team as soon as possible. They'll be able to take a look at resecuring your EA account with you.
