Hacked EA account, lost linked email, still linked to Steam
Hello,
My EA account was hacked, along with the Gmail address linked to it. I no longer have access to either. This account is still linked to my current Steam account (Steam ID64: <removed>), which prevents me from playing F1 25 in multiplayer, since the game keeps trying to auto-authenticate with the compromised account.
I contacted Steam Support, who confirmed they don't have access to this information or the ability to unlink a third-party account.
I've also contacted EA Help via chat multiple times over the past two weeks. Each time, agents asked me to provide verification info (date of birth, address, credit card digits, EA Play purchase invoice), but none of it has matched successfully — likely because I never entered real personal details directly on the EA account when I created it years ago; all I have now is my current Steam/personal information.
I have solid proof of purchase: an EA Play subscription bought through Steam (<removed>), plus 60 hours played on F1 25.
Could an EA Community Manager please help escalate this case?
Thank you in advance.
