Hacked my account
My account was hacked. The hacker sort of deregistered my account. As I tried to login EA app did not recognise my email address I then signed up for the second time using the same email... Now all the contents/games I had previously bought are gone.

Also, if you're not using double verification on your account, please take a look at this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/ea-login-verification-information/ . Once you have your games back on your account, make sure to activate that double verification.
