Haven’t been able to play online in 2 years

So around 5 years ago I linked my at the time EA account to my Xbox account. I no longer have access to the email that was on my EA account and every time I get on a EA game it tries to make me do a login verification where it sends a code to my old email which I have no access to. I’ve tried EA help countless times but they always ask me the same questions that I cannot answer due to me not having the answers. I just want to play college football which I payed $100 for btw..

    I’ve talked to EA “help” if you even wanna call it help for the past year. Every time it’s the same questions. Just unlink it from my Xbox account it can’t be that hard.
