EA Creator Network still show my old application data

Question

Hi there 🙌🏻I just got an email welcoming me to EA Creator Network but once I click ‘Get started’ from the email..it redirects to&nbsp;https://creatornetwork.ea.com/I log in with my EA account (this account)It still show my old data (my old gamer tag ppaint540 which i change to itspaintofficial about 3 months ago)It still show that my case is ‘Closed’ and i need to review &amp; resubmit (although i just got an email saying that i got accepted)Note: I once apply for Creator Network back in April but got rejected, so I wait for 3 months and re-apply again. This time I got accepted. So I think Creator Network website still confused with my old data

I tried contact EA Creator Network team via email and they response that it's a tech issue. The person who replied my email said they will flag this issue with backend team to fix it. So, I guess it's a waiting game now. (tbh i'm dying to process to the next step after my application is approved. So, I'm quite sad to have to wait again after waiting for such a long time..)

I tried to contact EA Help with this issue, and they said they can’t help me with it, Gave me this website link and suggested I should post my issue here 😿
