Hello sir , EA is not sending codes to my mail

Hello sir , i try to login into my EA account i have the access to my EA aswell as Mail , i am trying to login into new device and it won't send me code to email 

It asks that code has been sent to your mail and i do not receive any code on my mail , when i try to reset it says go to recognized device and reset it from there and when I go to recognized device it again says we will send code to mail and again the cycle repeats i am receiving no code on mail from EA

    Sorry the codes aren't coming through. Our EA help guide recommends these steps if the codes aren't coming through:

    If you’re not getting codes sent to your email, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account. 

    If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code.

    Could you run through those steps and see if that helps the code appear in your inbox?
