HELP BAN market

I am deeply concerned, as I have not violated any rules or engaged in any unfair practices. On the night of November 2nd, I made three legitimate purchases (“pina”) through the platform. Shortly after that, I discovered that my account was banned from the market transfer feature. I am genuinely confused and disappointed, as I have always followed the terms of service. I have contacted support several times but have not yet received any help or clarification. I kindly request a manual review of my account and the related activity logs. I can provide all relevant proof of purchase and any additional details needed to verify my innocence.
