HELP BAN market

Dear Support Team, I am writing to appeal the recent ban on my account, which restricts my access to the transfer market. I am deeply concerned, as I have not violated any rules or engaged in any unfair practices. On the night of November 2nd, I made three legitimate purchases (“pina”) through the platform. Shortly after that, I discovered that my account was banned from the market transfer feature. I am genuinely confused and disappointed, as I have always followed the terms of service. I have contacted support several times but have not yet received any help or clarification. I kindly request a manual review of my account and the related activity logs. I can provide all relevant proof of purchase and any additional details needed to verify my innocence. Please reconsider this ban, as I truly value this service and have acted in good faith at all times. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I look forward to your reply.

    Hey, I understand, but I’ve already contacted the Terms of Service team more than 25 times, and every time they told me to come here for help. I’m really confused because I keep getting sent back and forth, and no one is actually helping me. Could someone please take a serious look at my case or at least explain clearly what I’m supposed to do next? I just want to solve this situation — I haven’t done anything wrong, and this is really discouraging. Thank you for understanding.
