Help me get my account back.

Some Russian hackers took over my original account and changed its password and email address. Now, when I try to recover my password, the reset link is sent to their email (el*****@rambler.ru). I’ve already submitted a ticket to EA Help, but I’m worried it may take forever for them to look into it—or they might ignore it entirely. I can provide my original email address and purchase history (including all IDs) if needed to restore my account.
