Why doesn't EA send me my verification codes to my email? I wanted to put my account in the Fc Companion app and I don't get my verification codes

I have the same problem I don't receive a verification codes from EA in my email. I can't add any linked accounts, I can't put my phone number, and I can't change my email address either.
