My EA account has a old email address that is no longer good. I opened a new account with new email address but my games are associated with old account is it possible to update new account games so I can play them?

This won't help. My account was deleted when I requested the email change. I lost my account because I didn't have access to my old email account anymore. This is how it goes with EA.
guess EA sucks!!! I will not bother with them any further
