i want to change my username but i allways get a Enter a valid EA ID error.
Why is it not showing me what is allowed ?
i want to add a Tag to my name, but it does not let me.
This message does not help me . Could someone explain to me what i need to use to get my username updated?

Community ManagerThat generally is related to username georgfranko so best thing I can suggest is to keep trying variations till you find one accepted

Only Error i see is invalid ID , if it was to say Username in use , or special characters not allowed , it would have been easier to understand.
Community ManagerHey georgfranko do you see the error with a specific name or all that you attempt to use.
Can be that a name is already in use, given how many tens of millions of EA accounts there are, finding a username not used already can be difficult.
