Help

I bought the newest light speed bundle called, Sith Internal Emperor III, from the web store and I got charged the full forty dollars for it. So then I go to claim it in the game (swgoh) and received around 5,000 gems instead of the relic 7 characters and ship. I tried contacting support and refunding my purchase but had a hard time.
