Hi I cant verify my email adress

Hi I no longer have access to the email I created my ea account with.  I can only sign in via the Sony option in sign in. If I sign in via Sony I can access my old origin library.

 

I want to update my account information but no longer have access to the email its trying to send a code to verify my identity.

 

What can I do?
