Horrendously bad support page

Question

Okay, I will spare you the details. I need to come into contact with EA Support regarding an issue but their ridiculously bad support page is leading me in every wrong direction. I just want to start a conversation but there is no email, no phone number and the live chat button literally does nothing. It won't let me send my message and it doesn't say why, nothing happens.

Someone please just tell me how to get into contact with someone.

Hello there, when you are attempting to open a case does it give you the option for a live support chat but then not allow you to reply to the team or see the chat?

Yeah, I select my game and write the "title" or whatever you would call it, and once I continue I only get the option to read some "helpful" articles. Sometimes I get the live chat button, but nothing happens when I click it, nothing at all.

Can you try a different browser to see if you are able to open a chat there nibdi?
