Debes presentar una disputa, yo también tuve ese problema, presenté mi caso con el equipo de EA adjuntando que no tenia acceso a mi antigua cuenta de correo y que ahora tenia una nueva y ellos me ayudaron a recuperar mi cuenta con un nuevo correo, espero se solucione tu problema.
