Charged 3x for Battlefield Season 3 Preorder

Hello! 

In the BF6 client on PC, I bought the preorder for S3. However, the client said it had failed. So I tried again. It said it failed again. So I tried a different card and that too said it failed. 

However, I was charged THREE TIMEs and the website won't let me request a refund & the chat bot refuses to connect me to a human.

Can anyone help?

  • Hi GerbilIV​,

    If you saw messages saying the transactions failed, there is a chance that they'll drop off your account. They may be pending or so on. It might be worth keeping an eye on your bank account in case that's what happens.
