Re: Connect a child/underage account to my account as a family member

I have tried everything. Live chat simply advises me to age up my 11 years old account and risk her online safety in order to download the sims 4.
Why would they make it impossible for a child's account to have any way to download a free to play game?.
I would happily pay for a code I didn't even realise it was now free to play until I tried to get a copy for my 11 year old.
