Relationship Status "Spouse" reverting back to non romantic partner

So, my sims just got married, I save the game and then exit. when I got back playing again relationship status reverts back and have to ask my sims to be romantic partner again. So I go all through the process of getting married, save and save as before i close the game. When I got back on again, same thing relationship reverts back again. And I keep doing the process all over and over, save and save but still nothing. T_T any idea?
