How can I get my account back?

Hello, support team, I created a new account and accidentally linked it to my main EA account email. I tried to return to my main account, but it wouldn't work. I tried logging into the new account. I then deleted the new account completely, but I still can't log into the old one. My rating there is 119. My email is [edit: email address removed], password: [REMOVED].
