How can I link my new PlayStation account to my EA account?

I moved to another country, so I created a new PlayStation account for that region and started using it. However, EA says I can only use one account. How can I link my new PlayStation account to my EA account?

Hi, I would really appreciate some help with this situation because at the moment I cannot find any reasonable solution.

I no longer live in Turkey. My old PlayStation account is a Turkish PSN account, which means purchases and subscriptions are tied to the Turkish PlayStation Store and Turkish currency. I now permanently live in Germany and naturally want to use the German PlayStation Store, pay in euros, and have an active German PlayStation Plus subscription. For this reason, I created a new German PlayStation account.

The problem is that I already own Battlefield on my new German PlayStation account, but I cannot properly play it because my EA account is still permanently tied to my old Turkish PSN account. I am no longer using that Turkish account and I no longer have PlayStation Plus on it.

Am I understanding this correctly: because I originally linked my EA account to a Turkish PSN account, I am now unable to use that same EA account to play Battlefield that I purchased on my German PlayStation account, even though I have permanently moved to Germany?

I cannot simply continue relying on the Turkish account. I now live in Germany, use the German PlayStation Store, pay in euros, and purchase PlayStation Plus in Germany. Previously, while living in Germany, I was still able to play Battlefield using PlayStation Plus on my Turkish account, but I no longer have that subscription and I do not use that account anymore.

An EA Community Manager has already suggested that I contact EA Support to see whether an exception can be made in my case.

Could you please help me find a solution and allow me to replace my old Turkish PSN account with my new German PSN account? I am not trying to maintain or use two PlayStation accounts with the same EA account. I simply need to replace an account that I can no longer reasonably use after permanently moving to another country.

I would really appreciate it if my case could be reviewed individually rather than simply referring me back to the general account-linking restriction.
