how can I verify that my EA and Epic games account are linked ?

Hello. I own battlefront 2 via epic games and I manage to play it without problem. But unless I launch the game with epic, the ea app says that I do not own any game (If bfII is launched, it will appear in the library of the EA app but the details of my account will continue to say that I do not own any game !!). I assume this has to do with the linking between my ea and epic accounts. Yet they both use the same email address. So what can I do ?
